Vice President, Strategic Client Development

Brian leads the firm’s strategic client development and advisory consulting business. He partners with clients to develop data-driven commercial, investment, and growth strategies that leverage East Daley’s Energy Data Studio® and advisory capabilities to solve complex energy market challenges.

Prior to joining East Daley Analytics, Brian held commercial leadership positions at Western Midstream Partners and Anadarko Petroleum (now Occidental Petroleum). Throughout his career, he has led commercial strategy, business development, and commercial negotiations for natural gas, NGL, crude oil, and midstream infrastructure assets, with expertise spanning commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, infrastructure development, and value chain optimization.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Denver.
