As the Vice President – Product at East Daley Analytics, Johnny leads the firm’s enterprise-wide product strategy, development lifecycle, and product organization. He is responsible for translating business objectives into high-impact, data-driven initiatives that strengthen East Daley’s position as a leader in North American energy infrastructure intelligence.
Johnny focuses on building and empowering high-performing teams through a servant-leadership approach, emphasizing career development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to foster innovation and accountability across the organization. His work reinforces a customer-centric culture, ensuring that East Daley’s solutions directly address the evolving needs of investors, operators, and financial decision-makers in the energy sector.
Prior to joining East Daley Analytics, Johnny held roles in corporate strategy, operations, and product engineering at Schlumberger (SLB), where he drove innovation and scaled technology-enabled solutions. He has a strong track record of leading data-centric product development and go-to-market strategies, delivering measurable business results through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. He is known for bridging technical, commercial, and customer perspectives – transforming complex challenges into actionable strategies.
Johnny brings a combination of strategic vision, operational rigor, and people-first leadership, helping East Daley Analytics continue to innovate and deliver market-leading insights to its clients.
Johnny is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
Johnny holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
