Chief Data and Analytics Officer
As CDO, Gary oversees East Daley Analytics’ day to day and long-term data strategy initiatives. Gary sets business objectives and technology needs that help define strategic direction. He also leads the teams that focus, define, and execute the company wide data and technology strategies.
He has a passion for all things data and utilizes Cloud Management, Agile and Scrum, Azure and Enterprise Blockchain to drive data efficiencies and completeness within the company. As a leading data company, East Daley Analytics and Gary’s team utilize new technologies to help drive and innovate data solutions which do more than just deliver data to our clients; they enable them to make the right decisions.
Prior to joining East Daley, Gary spent 15 years leading various multinational teams for S&P Global Platts Data Enrichment and Data Science teams. His teams focused on creating new content by combining source and industry analysis, applying taxonomies and symbols, completing advanced data analysis, utilizing state of the art systems and AI, and creating standard output for use in products.
He is a Colorado native who attended the University of N. Colorado studying both Computer Science and Business Finance. In his free time, he enjoys camping, off-roading, playing guitar and being a father and husband to an awesome wife and daughter.
