  • Midstream Implications of Maverick’s FourPoint Acquisition: Maverick Natural Resources on December 2 announced the acquisition of FourPoint Energy, the largest producer in the western Anadarko Basin and a potential boost for midstream providers such as ArcLight, Enable Midstream (ENBL), Energy Transfer (ET), and ONEOK (OKE) that process gas for FourPoint.
