  • Angling for Exports: ET’s Blue Marlin Deepwater Port Joins Crowded Field: Energy Transfer’s Blue Marlin Deepwater Port recently joined the ranks of three other pending applications with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration to build a deepwater port terminal to export crude oil and accommodate fully loading very large crude carriers.
