Responsibilities:

-Create a sales plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas

-Manage the entire sales cycle from finding to securing a deal

-Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

-Present products and solutions to prospective clients

-Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’dedication

-Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

-Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation

Requirements:

-Sales “hunter” mentality – the willingness to work hard to build a pipeline and to close deals

-Proven experience as an account executive or in other sales or business development roles

-Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

-Knowledge of sales and negotiating principles

-Organizational and time-management skills

-Enthusiastic and passionate

-Team player

-Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is desired

Customer Success Manager

Responsbilities:

-Develop and oversee client retention program by coordinating analyst outreach to clients

-Manage contract renewals with key accounts (possibly in conjunction with salesperson), including creating contracts addendums for the continuation of services and new product upsells

-Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services

-Schedule meetings with existing clients for routine meetings, product updates and roadshows

-Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers prior to the termination or downgrade of services

-Locate new users in existing accounts

-New client onboarding

Requirements:

-One-to-five years of experience as an account manager or in similar role

Data Engineer

As a member of our Fundamentals Research team, work on combining fundamental energy market supply and demand data with granular company level financial asset data to build a state-of-the-art data center.

Responsibilities:

-Design, access and implementation of extensive databases and analytical tools

-Recognize trends and put puzzles together that are relevant to understanding value creation in the intersection of data sets

-Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making and policy formulation

-Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services and products

-Develop and supply optimal time, cost or logistics networks for program evaluation, review and implementation

-Gather and process raw data at scale including writing scripts, web scraping and calling APIs

-Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary

-Collaborate with management to identify and solve operational problems to clarify management objectives

– Present the results of mathematical modeling and data analysis to management and other end-users

-Scrub noisy datasets using programming language (SQL, Python, R, MATLAB, C++) as well as statistical software 

-Use understanding of how structured and unstructured data sets intersect to provide creative solutions

-Develop code to predict correlation between number of operating rigs in US and oil prices

-Use T-SQL to analyze data an build correlation models

-Develop automated well production forecast model using T-SQL to load data into Python, implementing pandas, numpy and scipy modules to analyze data and predict well production for every well in US

-Perform database management by automating data update processes and building stored procedures and table-functions for various users

-Write code for automated data scraping and data download assignments using Python and selenium module

Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Computer Science followed by six months of experience as a Software Developer using Python.
